Production Experience
As Art Producer on Masterworks of Horror, I developed and designed a successful scheduling and management system to track artists and prioritize how their specific disciplines best serve the project. This tracking featured several task management styles used in tandem to best suit the distinct needs of the five art teams. Given that this project was based on voluntary student participation, I was able to assign substantial amounts of work by creating controlled frameworks in which artists' questions were answered quickly and concisely, leading to the development of work with few to no blockers.
